Zoya mini haul!!
Today I received my gallons of goodness order from Zoya! The Zoya Remove+ nail polish remover is my favorite remover because it removes all traces of nail polish and glitter nail polish quickly without drying out my nail bed and cuticles. With the gallons of goodness offer, you pay for two 32oz. bottles of remove+ and you get two free! And shipping was free! I also ordered their quick dry drops. I have never tried their dry drops before but I use the OPI drops so let's see if the Zoya brand is any different. Along with my order I was sent a free 2oz. bottle of remove+, a full sized grapefruit scrub, and Zoya spoons for the Touch collection and the smoke and mirrors colloection. I'm fully supplied with the best nail polish remover for a while! I wanted to order the new Zoya holiday nail polish collection but I decided to hold off for now. I will get them soon!

NOTD Sept 22, 2011 China Glaze Midtown Magic
I also wanted to use a crackle so I put a coat of China Glaze Cracked Medallion on top of Midtown Magic. Oh how I love this combo! Cracked Medallion is a copper crackle and went with MM perfectly! Here are pics with a top coat of seche vite.
With flash, here you can see the sparkles from Midtown Magic pop out within the crackle! |

NNF Files #5
Here I have for you a swatch of China Glaze For Audrey. This beautiful Tiffany blue was released in 2007 and has since become a cult favorite among nail polish enthusiasts. The formula is creamy, smooth, and opaque in two coats. For Audrey is sold pretty much wherever China Glaze is sold.
Here I used one coat of China Glaze Fairy dust on the ring finger. Fairy dust looks great over any color, it is a clear base with a fine glitter that appears almost holographic. I use Fairy Dust alot! Thank goodness it's still available. I'm going to need another bottle real soon!
Here I am wearing For Audrey with Fairy Dust on top of all my nails. I just bought this Coach bag and I thought it matched my nails! I love this bag! Thanks for reading! |

My very first sponge mani!!
So after watching tons of tutorials, I finally attempted my very own sponge mani. I bought craft sponges from Michael's, cut out a wedge and got to business. Here's the result:
I used 2 coats of China Glaze 108 Degrees (from the Island Escape collection 2011) for the base and sponged OPI Grape Set Match (from Serena Glam Slam) onto the tips. I was very happy with the results. I really like these two colors together! I will post youtube tutorials very soon! Thanks for reading! Feel free to leave a comment, and visit my facebook page Nails Never Fails.

Nails Never Fails Files #3
Today I am going back to my favorite neutral pink. It's Go Go Pink by China Glaze. I love this pink because it's not as sheer as many other neutral pinks. And it's very shiny and smooth! Here is 3 coats:
Go Go Pink is such a beautiful, feminine pink. I picked this up last year at a local nail supply shop so I'm pretty sure it is still available to purchase. I also tried China Glaze Broken Hearted crackle on top and I love it as well:
Broken Hearted crackle is available everywhere where China Glaze is sold. Thanks for reading and leaving a comment!

Nails Never Fails Files #2
For my second files posting I have the beautiful OPI DS Extravagance! This color is a sparklelicious magenta like purple. I love it! There is a little holo glitter in it but definitely not as much as the ever coveted DS Original. Unfortunately the last time I wore it, I only took one picture so I will have to revisit this polish very soon and take more pics! This is one of my all time favorite OPI polishes! I love the color and the nice opaque formula. Here is two coats. Unfortunately some have complained that it stains nails so make sure you put on a good quality base coat before you add on the color. I really never have a problem with staining since my nails are always polished.
OPI DS Extravagance is still available to purchase as far as I know wherever OPI DS colors are sold. Thank you for reading!

Nail Polish Throwback #2
Today's Nail Polish Throwback is the ever so blingin beauty Kaleidoscope Him Out by China Glaze! This awesome holo polish was part of the China Glaze Kaleidoscope collection which was released in 2008. This was one of 12!! Yes I said 12 gorgeous colors that are now unfortunately discontinued :o( You can still find these around on ebay, Amazon and as dusties at some beauty supply stores. I wish China Glaze would bring these back because I would get all of them and get back up bottles!!
Nails Never Fails Files #1
The Nails Never Fails Files are where I go back to pics I have taken of my nails over the past few months. For my first post we have Zoya Marley from the Intimate collection from this past spring. I have this entire collection and Marley is one of my favorites. The formula is a dream. It is a gorgeous pastel lavender with a hint of shimmer. It goes on almost opaque with one coat. I'm wearing two coats here.
I loved Marley on it's own but the next day I added China Glaze Fault Line Crackle on top. I love Fault Line! It's a slightly shimmering dark purple crackle. I applied it diagonally, and I applied a top coat.

Nails of the day (NOTD) Sept. 15, 2011 Zoya Marina
I was in a Zoya mood last night and I decided to try Marina from the new Smoke and Mirrors collection for Fall 2011. This is a gorgeous smokey gray shimmer with a slight hint of blue. I love it! The formula is amazing! This is two medium coats topped off with Zoya Armour top coat. I tried to do a design using scotch tape on my ring finger but it was a disaster! I ended up taking the polish off that nail and added Cynthia from the Smoke and Mirrors collection. It is a beautiful dark blue creme that looks almost black. Also two coats. So far I'm really loving this collection! I have two more colors from this collection and I can't wait to try them!

4th of July Nails
I know July was two months ago but I wanted to post my 4th of July mani. I used 3 coats of China Glaze White out, OPI Red and Navy Shatter, then topped it off with China Glaze Nova. Add a coat of Seche Vite and here you have it. I thought Nova added a cool fireworks effect to the crackle! I thought I took pics of both hands but nope! Just the one. I always forget to take multiple pics of crackle mani's because crackle looks different every single time you put it on.
Nail Polish Throwback! #1
Here I have created a blog post I call Nail Polish Throwback. This is where I will be putting up posts of nail polishes from a while back. Some may not be available anymore and some may still be available to purchase but many of these are colors that I love so much, they are timeless!! I will start with a MAC Nail polish that I got back in 2007 which sounds like such a long time ago!! This polish is called Rainy Day and it was from the Fall 2007 collection. The top picture is without flash, the bottom is with flash.
This color had mixed reviews, some liked the color but hated the streakiness, others hated the frostiness. I personally love this polish. The color makes up for this application which can be a bit streaky. This is is a frosty purplish gray, I used 2 coats for the picture. This color was limited edition. I do see a couple of these on ebay from time to time.

Nail polish collection!
A little about my nail polish collection: I mostly collect OPI, China Glaze, Zoya, Orly, and MAC nail polishes. But I do own other brands including Deborah Lippmann, Nubar, Revlon, Claire's, and more. Whenever I see a polish that I like and do not know the brand, I tend to do a little research first. I hate spending money on a polish and then I hate it! I have been collecting nail polish ever since I learned how to paint my own nails. I love seeing other people's nail polish collection so I will post pics of mine soon! I am currently at about maybe 300+ bottles of polish and counting! I know that is not even half as much as many other bloggers but I own some gems that are now very hard to find! So I hope you all enjoy Nails Never Fails! There are many many pictures and postings to come because I started taking pics way before I started this blog. Thank you so much for checking out my blog and please make sure to keep checking to see new posts everyday!!
Nails of the day! China Glaze It's Alive! Sept. 12, 2011
I picked up China Glaze's It's Alive last week from a local beauty supply store in the Poughkeepsie mall along with the Ghoulish Glow polish. It's Alive looked gorgeous in the bottle but even more gorgeous on the nails. This is a green jelly base packed with micro and hexagon shaped green glitter. I love it! It's like a halloween party on your nails! This is definitely going to be a fall favorite of mine! It was pretty opaque with two coats, there is alot of texture to the polish so make sure you put a nice coat of top coat to smooth it out. Thanks for reading and please check out my facebook page Nails Never Fails
