NOTD OPI Light my Sapphire + Rainbow Connection!!

So last night I was going through my nail polishes that I haven't photographed yet and I have alot! I wanted a dark base and I went with OPI Light my Sapphire which is an oldie but goodie. It's a beautiful, rich, dark midnight blue with a hint of shimmer. Here is two coats:

And even though this color is gorgeous on it's own, I wanted to add some Rainbow Connection because I love it so much! Here is two coats:

I know I have shot and posted pics of Rainbow Connection before but I really wanted to wear it again because it's just so amazing! This will most likely be my New Years mani. It's a New Years party on my nails!! What are you guys wearing on your nails for New years?

NOTD China Glaze Tinsel Town!

Hi everyone! I hope everyone had an awesome Christmas! Mine was pretty awesome! I hung out with family, ate alot of great food and gave and received awesome presents! I received some awesome nail polishes so I will be posting a Christmas haul video probably tomorrow. My Christmas mani was a disaster! I put on Sally Hansen nail strips in Plaid about You from the holiday collection and they were so thin and difficult to put on even though I've used their nail strips before and had no problem. I took pics but they came out horrible! I was very unhappy with those strips! Anyway, today's NOTD is the gorgeous Tinsel Town from the China Glaze Let it Snow collection. This beautiful polish is a light gray jelly base packed with different shaped silver glitter. I love it soooo much! It's the same formula as China Glaze It's Alive and you all know how much I love It's Alive! I love how opaque it is too. I should have just worn this for Christmas.  Here is two coats, don't mind the left over polish on my cuticles... those are the remnants of the polish strips which is another reason those strips sucked! :

As always, thanks for checking out my blog!

NOTD China Glaze Velvet Bow with Twinkle Lights

Hi everyone! So I was supposed to post a Christmas water marble tutorial... that was my plan. On Monday I tried for over two hours with different colors to do a xmas themed water marble and it just was not working. First the colors weren't working right together, then the polishes weren't coming out dark enough, then the water was too cold so my bullseye wouldn't spread...yada yada yada. It just wasn't my night for water marbling. I will try again once I'm in the mood. So last night I put on China Glaze Velvet Bow from the Let it Snow collection. I love Velvet Bow, it looks maroon red in the bottle but in some light it looks almost brown. It's so pretty and opaque. This is two coats:

Then I added Twinkle Lights from the Let it snow collection which is a clear base with lots of gold, red and green glitter on my accent finger. It's Christmas in a bottle!

I love this combo! Next time I'm going to put twinkle lights on all the nails to see how sparkly it is! Anyway, I'm going to change my nails right before Xmas eve and that will be my Xmas mani so I will post pics of that. Thanks for reading and have a happy holiday!!

NOTD China Glaze Blue Years Eve with Snowglobe

Hey everyone! Christmas is right around the corner! I wanted to try China Glaze Blue Years Eve so I wore it this weekend. Such a gorgeous blue, I love it! The formula is a little thin so I used 3 coats. Then for my accent finger I added 2 coats of Snow globe which is a beautiful iridescent glitter.

I will be posting a Christmas water marble tutorial next, I got some early xmas gifts so I will be posting another haul soon, and I will work on my nail polish collection video. Thanks for reading!

NOTD China Glaze Tree Hugger Christmas nails!

Hi everyone! I wanted to post a few Christmas designs this month so I did this last night using China Glaze Tree Hugger, Zoya Lisa, Zoya Trixie, and OPI Swimsuit Nailed it!. I started off with 3 coats of CG Tree Hugger:

Then since I wanted my nails to look like they had xmas ornaments on them, I used my dotting tool and with OPI Swinsuit Nailed it, Zoya Lisa, and Zoya Trixie I created different patterns on each nail. I like it, I think it came out cute!

My next xmas mani is going to be a xmas themed water marble. I've had a couple of requests. I've seen so many xmas designs and alot of them are so amazing and intricate! I have got to practice more on my free hand designs. Anyway, thanks for reading my blog! And feel free to put up pics of your xmas mani's on my facebook page Nails Never Fails!
