NNF Files #7 China Glaze Pink Voltage!

It's amazing all the pics I've taken of my manicures over the last couple of years! I love going back into my nail files, it's like finding buried treasure! And if I don't like the pics, that means I can put on the polish and photograph it all over again! Here I have an oldie but goodie, China Glaze Pink Voltage! This is an awesome neon pink that's just a sminch darker than Shocking Pink. Pink Voltage also dries with a satiny almost matte look. I rocked this color so much during the Spring and early Summer of this year. Here is three coats without a top coat:

I believe Pink Voltage came out with other neon colors back in 2008 but is still available wherever China Glaze is sold. What are some of your favorite neon polishes?

NOTD Nov. 30, 2011 OPI Warm and Fozzie

Two posts in one day! I'm on a roll, maybe I'll try for three or four before the day is over!! I finally put on OPI Warm and Fozzie last night from the Muppets collection and wow! This is a gorgeous copper bronze polish! It's so shimmery and I swear in certain light it looks like a brown, orange, red duo chrome! The formula was a little thin so I used three coats:

I love Warm and Fozzie! Definitely one of my favorites of this collection along with Designer De Better and Rainbow Connection! This polish and China Glaze Midtown Magic are my favorite brown/bronze polishes of the year. What do you guys think? Thanks for reading!!

Nails Never Fails Files #6 Zoya Harlow

Hi everyone! I was looking back at my nail files and I found pics I had taken with Zoya Harlow. Harlow is a berry/wine colored matte polish that was released by Zoya in their 2009 winter collection. This is actually the first matte polish that I ever bought, and I liked the formula and color but this chipped on me in less than a day! I now add a matte topcoat to seal the matte polish so it lasts longer and it helps to use a ridge filller as a base coat. Here is three coats:

With flash
As you can see, Harlow looks so different with flash and without. I have to revisit Harlow. What kind of design should I do with Harlow? I'm thinking a sponge mani, a mattified sponge mani. What do you guys think of matte polishes?

NOTD Nov. 27, 2011 Color Club Revvvolution

Hey everyone! In honor of Black Friday weekend I decided to go with the beautiful black holo that is Color Club Revvvolution! I love this polish! So difficult to pick up the holo on camera but it's so fierce in person! I also love that it opaque in two coats. I was going to wear Essie Dive Bar but as I was going through my unworn stash I remembered I had this amazing holo by Color Club. Many holo polishes need 3-4 coats to be opaque, but not this one. Here is two coats:

I love holo's! I have a few from the China Glaze OMG collection and the Kaleidoscope collection but I need some more in my life! What are your favorite holo polishes??
