NOTD OPI Meep Meep Meep with I Liliy Love You

Hey everyone! So I haven't been feeling well and I've been home in bed for the last couple of days which sucks! Even though I only had my MAC Plasma Blu mani on for only 2 days, I did my nails because I was bored and too sick to go out. I wanted something bright and pink or red. I chose OPI Meep Meep Meep from the Muppets collection which is a beautiful raspberry shimmer. The formula is great and it's pretty much opaque at 2 coats but I used 3 coats because I'm a maniac.

Meep Meep Meep is very similar to last years OPI Let me Entertain you from the Burlesque collection which I also have so I wanted it to stand out a little more. I added two coats of OPI I Lily Love you which is an awesome glitter/flakie suspended in a pink jelly topcoat which I haven't used since the summer and forgot how gorgeous it was!

I totally forgot how amazing I Lily Love You was! This definitely deserved to be in my list of top polishes of 2011! These pics do not do this mani any justice! My nails are so pretty and sparkly, I can't stop staring at them! If any of you have I Lily Love You, what is your favorite polish to pair it up with?

NOTD OPI Light my Sapphire + Rainbow Connection!!

So last night I was going through my nail polishes that I haven't photographed yet and I have alot! I wanted a dark base and I went with OPI Light my Sapphire which is an oldie but goodie. It's a beautiful, rich, dark midnight blue with a hint of shimmer. Here is two coats:

And even though this color is gorgeous on it's own, I wanted to add some Rainbow Connection because I love it so much! Here is two coats:

I know I have shot and posted pics of Rainbow Connection before but I really wanted to wear it again because it's just so amazing! This will most likely be my New Years mani. It's a New Years party on my nails!! What are you guys wearing on your nails for New years?

My Christmas nail polish gifts and goodies!!

NOTD OPI Getting Miss Piggy with it over OPI Love is a Racket

Hi everyone! My NOTD is a little late, I've been so busy with Christmas stuff, shopping, decorating, getting my home ready for the holidays, etc, that I didn't get a chance to post my NOTD. This was my NOTD for 4 days and now I have a new NOTD which I will post as soon as I finish taking pictures. I put on two coats of OPI Love is a Racket which is a gorgeous red that pops with a hint of shimmer and little gold flakies.

And even though this color is gorgeous on it's own, I wanted my nails to looke like glittery red xmas ornaments so I added 3 coats of OPI Gettin Miss Piggy With it.

I liked the way this combo came out! It was way more sparkly in person. Oh and FYI, I found that this glitter was the easiest to take off than the other Muppet glitters. I was very surprised! Anyway, as you can see I have had xmas themed NOTD's so more are on their way! Thanks for reading!

NOTD Nov. 30, 2011 OPI Warm and Fozzie

Two posts in one day! I'm on a roll, maybe I'll try for three or four before the day is over!! I finally put on OPI Warm and Fozzie last night from the Muppets collection and wow! This is a gorgeous copper bronze polish! It's so shimmery and I swear in certain light it looks like a brown, orange, red duo chrome! The formula was a little thin so I used three coats:

I love Warm and Fozzie! Definitely one of my favorites of this collection along with Designer De Better and Rainbow Connection! This polish and China Glaze Midtown Magic are my favorite brown/bronze polishes of the year. What do you guys think? Thanks for reading!!

NOTD Nov. 17, 2011 Zoya Ivanka + OPI Fresh Frog of Bel Air= Green Glitter Bomb!!

Hey everyone! Today I have for you Zoya Ivanka with OPI Fresh Frog of Bel Air from the Muppets collection. I was in the mood for a sparkly green nail and boy did I get it! First here's three coats of Zoya Ivanka which I love on it's own. Such a gorgeous sparkly emerald green!

Then I added two coats of OPI Fresh Frog of Bel Air and WOW! Green Glitter Bomb goodness! I love love love it!

These pics do not do this mani any justice! It's been cloudy for the past 3 days here so I did not get any sunshine to take these pics but believe me when I say this is an awesome combo! What do you guys think?
