NOTD China Glaze Riveting

Hey lovelies! I wanted to wear another great summery color so I chose China Glaze Riveting from the Hunger Games collection. Riveting is a gorgeous shimmery orange. The formula is great, two coats and it was opaque. Now, Riveting is gorgeous on it's own but I wanted to bling it out a little more so I added one coat of China Glaze Golden Enchantment which is a holographic gold micro glitter top coat. And I was so happy with the result! So sparkly, summery, and I can't stop staring at my nails!! Here is two coats of Rivting with one coat of Golden Enchantment:

Doesn't this just scream summer?! I love it! I actually picked up Riveting when the Hunger Games collection first came out a few months ago and waited for the summer to use it! I'm glad I did! what polishes are you loving for the summer?

NOTD Zoya Kimber with Zoya Charla

Hello lovelies! I hope you're all having a great summer even though technically summer hasn't even begun! I wanted to wear two fun colors together so I chose Zoya Kimber from this year's Beach and Surf collection and Zoya Charla which is one of my all time favorite teal polishes! Charla I've worn before and it's a great foil with a marvelous formula! Two coats and it's opaque! Kimber is great too! Opaque in two coats! Kimber looks more hot pink in the bottle but when I put it on it looks a little more coral, but it's still really pretty. Zoya has the best foils and metallic polishes! Here is two coats of each:

Please forgive my cuticles, they need a little TLC. I really like this color combo! Thanks for reading!

NOTD Brucci Cali Cat

Hi everyone!! Long time no blog! I'm so sorry, I moved and everything was very chaotic but I'm trying to get back on track! Thank you so much for your patience! If you follow me on facebook, I've been posting and updating but I haven't posted an actual NOTD blog post in forever! So here I have for you a gorgeous neon, shimmery green! Brucci Cali Cat. Brucci is a drugstore brand that has been around forever! Like seriously! My grandma used Brucci polish when I was growing up! Brucci is sold in Rite Aid here in NY but I'm not 100% sure if it is sold at every Rite Aid in the states. The Brucci company is based out of Yonkers, NY I believe. Anyway, Brucci polishes come in many beautiful shades and is usually $2.99. Cali Cat can be a dupe for the new China Glaze green neon called I'm with the Lifeguard. I don't have that color but it looks very similar in pics. The formula is ok, a little thick and I used 3 coats to cover up bald spots but a drop of thinner would probably make it perfect. t;s very opaque, I didn't need any white polish underneath like with most neons. The wear on Brucci polishes is not bad at all, it's pretty durable. with a good top coat, these last 2 - 3 days with no chipping. Here is three coats of the gorgeous Cali Cat:

Cali Cat is soooo pretty! I'm so happy I picked it up! I haven't had the chance to pick up any of the new China Glaze neons yet but I will! I just picked this color up at Rite Aid a few days ago so if you see it and you like neon polishes, I highly recommend Brucci Cali Cat!
