NOTD Nails Inc. Connaught Square

Hello lovlies! So last night I was in the mood for some glitter polish and I wanted to wear something blue since it's still autism awareness month, I looked in my untried stash and I picked out Nails Inc. Connaught Square. Connaught Square is part of the Nails Inc. 3D glitter collection. It is a clear base densely packed with blue glitter and hexagon shaped purple glitter. I used three coats for full opaque coverage. I love the look of this glitter but it is very gritty. This is the second glitter in this collection that I have tried and both have been very gritty on the nail. I even used a thick coat of Gelous nail gel and a thick coat of Seche Vite and it's still gritty on my nail. That was a bummer. These glitters are also very hard to take off, so expect to use the foil method on these! Other than that, Connaught Square is very pretty and sparkly. I'm pretty sure Wet n wild has a dupe for this polish, I think it's called "Believe me, it's real". But I haven't tried it myself. Nails Inc. Connaught Square is sold at Sephora for $9.50. Here is three coats:

Here's a quick video to show the sparkle:

  1. I luv me some glitt-ah! I just hate taking it off! Even the "foil" method is kind of a pain. But even with the difficult removal, I haven't stopped buying the bling. Glitter and Hologram polishes. Well, they are my kryptonite. This looks really awesome on you!

    1. Thanks!! I know glitter polishes are so annoying to take off especially this line of glitters! But they look so awesome!

  2. I have to agree with Andrea, glitter polishes are just my thing! (I even named my blog as such because I love sparkly nails so much :-D). I show no mercy to my nails when it comes to my glitter love, but attacking them with pure acetone is exhausting, hehe.
